CPS 150 - Introduction to Computers

Introduces computer hardware and software including major components such as CPU, memory, input, output, secondary storage, communications, selection of computer equipment, and the social implications of computer technology. Includes lab application of productivity tools, such as word-processing, spreadsheets, presentation, database software, as well as the Internet, email, and web page creation. Does not count toward major or minor.
