Provides a strategic view of population health management to implement evidence-based strategies for health promotion, risk reduction, and improved healthcare outcomes for diverse individuals, aggregates, and populations. Explore collaborative efforts with other disciplines to analyze epidemiological, bio-statistical, occupational, and environmental health problems and related data. Apply the Christian worldview to develop leadership strategies for clinical prevention and population health services for diverse populations.
Prerequisite: NUR 832 Minimum Grade Required: B- to continue in DNP program
