NUR 826 - Clinical Prevention for Improved Global Health Credit Hours: 3
Using epidemiological methodologies, will examine the distribution and etiology of disease as they pertain to health-related conditions in resource-poor and marginalized communities. Will investigate select global problems, such as infections disease, bioterrorism attacks, and emergency/disaster preparedness gaining new perspectives about concepts of global health and cultural diversity and sensitivity to improve health outcomes.
Minimum Grade Required: B- to continue in DNP program
