NUR 660 - Nurse Educator Internship

Credit Hours: 6

Focus is to integrate advanced nursing practice, and nursing and adult learning theories with practical teaching situations. Individually supervised field experiences in nursing education settings provide nurse educator students opportunities to strengthen their teaching and patient care delivery skills to the master’s level through content application and immersion to the role of educator. Students will also complete an evidence-based practice project proposal during this course.

Prerequisite: NUR 551, NUR 602, NUR 612, NUR 618, NUR 625, and NUR 635.
