ECE 566 - Early Childhood Growth and Development


Credit Hours: 3

The prenatal stages of human development through age eight are the focus of the course. Examines normal and exceptional development of the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social domains of young children (infant, toddler, and Pre-K through age 8) in the contexts of home and group settings. Studies assessment and diagnostic procedures.

Additional Requirements: Some field observations and interactions required.
