For any student who does not have their bachelor’s degree completed when they apply, an interview by or letter of recommendation from an SAU counseling/psychology faculty member will be a standard part of the admissions process.

When a pathway student completes their bachelor’s degree, a counseling faculty member will review the student’s progress, including grades, performance in counseling courses, and alignment with the profession before full admission to continue in the program is granted.
